Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and personal-care products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

2. Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. Keep the product and packaging until our team confirms the next step.
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 working days to show the credit.
